26.10.2007 Land Market Development Project to Carry out Trainings for NAPR Web-based Registration Software

USAID Land Market Development Project shall carry out trainings for web-based software used for registration of applications and titles. Memorandum on Cooperation signed with National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR) envisions  conduction of said trainings.

Any legal entity or individual interested in capabilities of the software can participate in trainings.

Software has already been successfully used at Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Mtskheta, Gardabani and Rustavi registration offices. It is planned to advance the web-program by the end of this year at registration offices of Telavi, Marnneuli, Gori, Borjomi, Zugdidi, Poti and other cities.

The number of those willing to use software, especially in the regions, is daily increased. Training courses shall ensure preparation of qualified users and efficient functioning of modern registration system.

After successful completion of training courses trainees can get respective certificates based on the testing.

Noteworthy, that software shall enable companies acting on real property market – banks, brokers, real estate agencies, notaries and others to get information stored in NAPR databases through the Internet. Software customers can, on behalf of their clients, submit essential documentation for registration electronically and get requested documents. Legal entities and individuals signing the memorandum on cooperation with NAPR shall become authorized customers of the software. Each of them shall get the special permit to use the program.
