Movable Property Valuation Training/Certification Programs

Association of Professionals on Land and Realty (APLR) has launched professional training and certification programs for movable property valuators.  

Professional certification
The aim of movable property valuators’ professional certification is to ensure Georgia’s property markets with high qualified specialists and services corresponding to international standards.

APLR Professional Certification Body is the only accredited organization in Georgia carrying out personnel certification in compliance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17024:2006 – General Requirements to the Bodies Operating Certification of Persons. APLR is also a member of International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) with the status of Professional Organization.

Certification process includes 2 stages - testing and practical work. Successful candidate will receive certificates corresponding to international standards.

The price for certification is GEL 400 (including VAT).

Persons willing to get certificates of competency can undergo respective training program.

Professional training

Training program elaborated by APLR will enable trainees to get theoretical knowledge in the field of movable property valuation, acquire practical skills, and be prepared for certification.

Duration of training program is 3 (three) weeks.

The price for training program is GEL 670 (including VAT).

Movable property valuation training and certification programs are designed for the employees of banks, consulting and insurance companies, auditing firms, financial institutions, persons interested in valuation of state property, as well as for any individual interested to acquire valuator’s profession.

Persons interested must fill up application form and together with the copy of ID submit to the APLR.
