23.07.2010 Irakli Songulia Elected APLR Director

July 23, 2010, Tbilisi - APLR General Meeting elected Mr. Irakli Songulia as APLR director. Special General Meeting of the Association for Protection of Landowners' Rights was convened to elect APLR new director instead of David Giorgadze, former director, who had resigned after appointment Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. 107 members out of total 136 attended the Meeting. >>>

08.07.2010 Irakli Songulia is Acting APLR Director

David Giorgadze, Director of the Association for Protection of Landowners’ Rights in 2005-2010 has been appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia since July 5, 2010. According to APLR charter, if the director resigns, deputy director shall act as the head of organization until new director is elected by APLR General Meeting.>>>
